Super Kamagra and Dapoxetine, Explained

Super Kamagra is marketed as sildenafil 100 mg plus dapoxetine 60 mg. The second ingredient changes the purpose, dose questions and interactions.

Why the fixed dose deserves attention

The referenced licensed sildenafil tablet commonly starts at 50 mg and lists 100 mg as the maximum. NICE’s dapoxetine evidence summary describes a 30 mg starting dose, with 60 mg considered only after response and tolerability are assessed.

A fixed 100/60 mg product begins at the upper referenced sildenafil dose and the higher dapoxetine dose. It does not allow a clinician to adjust one ingredient without changing the other.

Dapoxetine is not stronger sildenafil

Dapoxetine affects serotonin signaling involved in ejaculation. It does not strengthen sildenafil or turn erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation into one condition.

The distinction matters because a person may have one concern, both concerns, or symptoms caused by something else. A fixed combination can expose someone to a second medicine they did not need.

What changes in the safety review

Dapoxetine adds questions about:

  • dizziness, nausea and fainting;
  • other antidepressants or medicines that affect serotonin;
  • medicines that change dapoxetine metabolism;
  • liver and kidney function;
  • whether a PDE5 inhibitor is being used at the same time.

NICE’s evidence summary reports that licensed dapoxetine information advises against use with PDE5 inhibitors because of possible reduced standing blood pressure and syncope, and notes that safety and efficacy of the combination had not been established. That is directly relevant to any fixed sildenafil–dapoxetine claim.

Evidence for the parts is not evidence for the pack

Trials can support sildenafil for erectile dysfunction and dapoxetine for premature ejaculation separately. They do not verify the contents, quality, dose accuracy or clinical performance of an exact Super Kamagra batch.
