Tadalis SX
Marketed as an Ajanta Pharma tablet containing tadalafil 20 mg. Tadalafil provides a longer ingredient-level opportunity window than sildenafil; the exact pack and supply route still need verification.
A different molecule, a different clock
Tadalis SX contains tadalafil 20 mg, not sildenafil. Tadalafil is a PDE5 inhibitor like sildenafil, but its half-life is far longer — around 17.5 hours — which is why its effect window is often described as up to 36 hours. That changes how you use it: instead of planning sex around a tablet, you take it and stay covered for a day and a half.
Licensed tadalafil is also available in lower daily strengths for selected patients. As with every PDE5 inhibitor, sexual stimulation is still required; the medicine does not create desire or a continuous erection.

Is Tadalis SX stronger than Kamagra?
It is a different medicine, not a stronger version. Kamagra is sildenafil (~4-hour window); Tadalis SX is tadalafil (up to ~36-hour window). Which is 'better' depends on whether you want a short, predictable window or a long one.
